Connect the Google Forms Embed
Google Forms allows you to create online forms and surveys with multiple question types, and analyze results in real-time and from any device. To embed a Google Form, follow the instructions below.
Go to App Setup, and click + Add an app in the top right corner.
Click Add under Google Forms. Set a title and icon that represents the app.
We recommend setting this up as an automatic app so that your Google Form will be visible to all clients. If you only want this App to be visible to one or more specific clients, set this as a manual App.
Leave the app set to as Show as embed so that the client isn't directed outside of the portal.
Go to your Google Form and select the Settings tab at the top of your form.
Expand the Responses section.
Ensure that the form isn't restricted to an organization to allow all clients access to the form.
Click Send in the top-right and select <>. Copy the iframe code.
Go back to the App Setup page and paste the copied link into the content box.
