Real work is multiplayer, so Assembly Assistant lives where your team already collaborates. Open a client, and your right panel is an internal chat where teammates and the Assistant work side-by-side. You can draft a response together, review changes, and keep moving. If you’re joining a thread late, scroll up and you’ll see the full internal history — nothing scattered across DMs or lost in someone’s notebook.

Knows the Full Client Story

There’s no shortage of general-purpose AI. Assembly Assistant is built specifically for client work. Picture a client you’ve partnered with for years: hundreds of messages, internal notes, custom fields, signed contracts, completed forms—the full history of the relationship. Assembly Assistant has this context by default. Ask a question and it will pull what matters, whether it’s a note your colleague left last quarter or a message from a year ago. You don’t copy and paste threads. You don’t hunt through tabs. You just ask, and it answers in the client’s context.

Privacy First. No Training on Your Data.

General-purpose chatbots (e.g., ChatGPT) don’t guarantee per-client context isolation inside your firm; they rely on you to manage context across threads and “memory.” We guarantee it. In Assembly, every prompt is hard-scoped to the client/company you’re viewing and any entities you explicitly link to it, and the Assistant is technically prevented from seeing anything else. How to Use Assembly Assistant

Get the right information at the right time

If you’re a CSM stepping into an account, you can ask, “What’s the renewal risk here?” or “What changed since Q2?” and get a clear summary grounded in messages, notes, forms, invoices, and custom fields. The Assistant surfaces sentiment, deadlines, blockers, and who said what—without you spelunking through five systems.

Draft responses that consider everything relevant

When you draft a message or reply, the Assistant pulls in the full context: what the client asked last week, what your teammate promised, and even public information like the client’s website when it’s helpful. You get a tight draft in your voice that reflects reality, not a hallucination.

Work in context, not in theory

Client sent a spreadsheet or PDF? Drag it into the client’s internal chat and ask for a summary, key risks, or the three bullets you should send back. Everything happens in place, attached to the right client, with the full history a scroll away.

Complete actions with plain language

Clicks are for machines. You can say, “Create a task for payroll docs due Friday, assign to Dana, and notify the client,” or “Draft an invoice for marketing services $750 due tmrw” and the Assistant does the busywork.

What’s Next
