# Reinforce adoption and improve the experience

> Client adoption follows internal consistency — decide what work happens in Assembly and reinforce it.

Client adoption depends on internal consistency. If your team continues sending files, requests, and updates through older channels, clients will continue using those channels.

Decide which work should happen in Assembly and reinforce that behavior across your team.

## After launch

* Respond in Assembly when a client initiates work there.
* Redirect repeatable requests, communication, and shared resources into Assembly.
* Ask pilot clients what felt easy, what was unclear, and what they expected to find.
* Review incomplete requests or client actions for signs that instructions or timing need improvement.
* Monitor support questions and use them to identify gaps in the experience.
* Refine apps, content, and automations as your processes evolve.
* Assign an internal owner responsible for maintaining the experience.
* Regularly test the journey as new apps, workflows, and client segments are introduced.

<Tip>
  **Adoption principle:** clients are more likely to use Assembly when it consistently saves them time, and when your team treats it as the primary place to work together.
